Are the products in stock?

Anything listed on the site is currently available for purchase. We regularly update our product listings to reflect our most current and accurate inventory.

How long does shipping take?

Current ship times are 1 - 2 business days from when orders are placed.

Do you offer discounted/free shipping?

All orders over $49 will ship free via standard shipping, this does include larger freight orders as well! (Continental US only). Orders below $49 will ship for a flat rate cost of $4.95 (Continental US only).

How is my order shipped?

Orders will ship via UPS Ground or Freight Carriers depending on order size. When you go to the checkout process you will see which delivery option you will receive your order by.

When will I receive my order?

While delivery times will vary based on your location. Delivery time is generally 3-5 business days after the order is shipped. We are currently shipping from our Florida manufacturing facility.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. However, you can use a freight forwarding service to arrange international delivery.


Do you have special pricing for churches/non-profits etc

At this time, we are offering the same pricing for all businesses / organizations.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

I am tax exempt - how can I order?

Tax is only applied to orders being shipped to a Florida address. If your products are being shipped to a Florida address and you are tax exempt, please submit your documentation to and someone from our Sales Team will assist with placing your order. Otherwise, you may place your order online directly through our site, tax-free.

Can I send you a PO (Purchase Order)?

Is your sanitizer a gel or liquid?

We offer both! Our Jumbo Size 32oz and Travel Size 2.5oz is a fast-acting gel formula. Our Multi-use 8oz Sanitizer Spray is a liquid.

Does the sanitizer contain aloe?

Our Hand Sanitizers (Jumbo Size 32oz and Travel Size 2.5oz contain moisturizing aloe. Our Multi-use 8oz Sanitizer Spray does not contain aloe.

Are your sanitizers scented?

All of our sanitizers contain fresh scent fragrance.

What is the shelf life/expiration date of the sanitizers?

Unopened and left in a cool, dry environment, our sanitizers can last up to 2 years. We recommend keeping the sanitizers away from direct sunlight, as the alcohol can evaporate quickly over time and reduce its effectiveness.

Is this sanitizer FDA Approved?

Yes - All of our Sanitzers are FDA approved and follow the CDC Guidelines:

Do your sanitizers contain Methanol?

Absolutely, NO! Our products are manufactured in the USA to the strictest guidelines and you can dowload our Certificate of Compliance (Methanol-Free OTC)


I'm missing an item from my order / product arrived damaged

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

There is no account necessary - you may check out as a guest if you want.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, which we will handle on a case-by-case basis. If you've received a defective or damaged product, please contact us from one of the options above.

Can I cancel / edit an order?

We cannot cancel or change an order that has already shipped. Please take the time to double check your order before submitting your payment to avoid any delays in processing. If you made an error in your order and you have not received shipping notification, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can assist further.
